 The RESTAURANT is personally managed by the owners and it is a meeting point for gourmets. Silvana and Azzurra offer carefully prepared and delicious meals. To fully enjoy the Valle d' Aosta our menu always includes traditional dishes. To those who have allergies, food intolerance or have to follow special diets we propose “ad hoc” dishes . Communicate your needs at the front desk or ask your waiter.

The restaurant also offers tasting menus created with seasonal ingredients grown and handcrafted in the region: you will have dishes and flavors in which the heart of the Aosta Valley gets together with the local culinary tradition, to winning the most refined palates .

For the most important moments, the restaurant is transformed to accommodate banquets for weddings or special events.


Hotel Lo Scoiattolo says good morning to his guests by offering a wide range of products: a rich buffet of savory dishes, desserts, juices, centrifuged, fruits, jams and honeys from the Aosta Valley, cereals, cheeses , coffee ... A rich breakfast to start your day.


Hotel Lo Scoiattolo holds a valuable and rich wine cellar, in which stand out not only the local excellence of the Aosta Valley, such as the popular Muscat Petit Graine "The Triolet"  or the red  “Pisonier” by Anselmet, but also important wines of the Italian peninsula (Gaia , Braida , ...). A good selection of champagne and sparkling wines is at your disposal to give verve to the evening .



Throughout the day, in our cozy bar you can eat a light lunch or a tasty salad or sweet snack. From 18:30 to 20:00 do not miss the appointment with our MonterosAperò: a smorgasbord of flavors to accompany your aperitif . And finally, after dinner you will enjoy a taste of Grappa, Genepy or of the famous “Valle d'Aosta coffee”.
